Any activity conducted through your suerph account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it.

suerph is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. Deposits are credited to your suerph wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your suerph account balance.
Currency: All transactions on the suerph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). suerph does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified suerph account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. suerph does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You may close your suerph account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your suerph wallet (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days, provided your account is in good standing and KYC verification is complete.

Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
